"The service department is awesome, I brought my motorcycle in for service, and after talking to them about how my bike was burning oil they looked at it. After a little trouble shooting of the motorcycle they said that it looked like a bad piston ring. I was out of my warranty and didn't think I could have it fixed, but somehow they ended up covering it under the warranty. Now my bike runs better than ever. Thanks so much,

"The first time entered the store I was greeted by kurt phillips. He listened to me and showed me many vehicles that were on the lot. he sold me an artic cat 400. my son really likes playing with it in the mountains.
The next time I came into the store I met bart brown. he also listened to me and showed me some vehicles. I ended up buying and suzuki 400, for both street and mountains.
Some time later I went to the store and bart greeted me and I told him I was looking for a mid-size cruiser. He showed me a suzuki 800. He said it would be fun in town and in the twesties. The whole time bart was very professional. The bike constantly amazes me.
Later, I went back to the store looking for a bike my son would like to ride with me. Bart showed me a ninja 650r. I road tested the bike and found the bike to be wonderful. I ended up buying the bike. Again bart showed his knowledge about the vehicles.
Well again I went back to the store, and I saw kurt. I told him what I was looking for and after some time, I ended up buying an "old mans crouch rocket". He was very knowledgeable about the bike.
The other thing about the people working in the store, all sales people were very friendly, and this includes the parts dept. and service dept.
Since I have spent alot of time researching vehicles, all of the sales people were helpful, and I have made some new friends.
It must be noted, that during my research and purchasing of all the vehicles, the whole staff has worked well by making the buying easy and staying close to a very reasonable price. I useally know what price the vehicle is worth before I go to the store. I think that if a customer comes into the store they should know the price of a vehicle prior to buying it, so a fair deal can be agreed upon.
Other salesmen, Tim, "Woody", Russ and John all have professional demeanor while selling store products. There are other professional people working there, but even thought they are friendly, I don"t know much about them.
Any person wheather experienced or novice, well most likely find exactly what they are looking for.
I personally don't think the store is pricey, but with everything so unstable, the salespeople find the selling of vehicles quite frustrating, but will make the best possible deal to meet the needs of the customer.
All the vehicles I have purchased from clawson motor sports have performed much better than I thought possible.
I recommend this store completely when compared to other motor sport stores.

"I must say being a first time buyer, I am very happy I stopped by Clawson. Each time I was greeted in a friendly manner, allowed to look without being followe and if I had a question I was LISTENED to. Mitch Gordon was my sales rep and he listened to my preferences and in the end I was shown a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600, the rest was history. He made the buying easy, hooked me up with a great insurance guy and in the end we all were happy.
Service has been excellent, friendly and prompt. They made an error in a part order and filled my tank for ride home, Fantastic!
I have told others to go see him or at least make the stop at Clawson and compare, it's worth the drive/ride to Fresno!

"My brother and I have been wanting to buy sport bikes for a very long time. We visited the dealership numerous times just to look around and sit on plenty bikes to get a feel for them. After a couple of months we finally decided to take the plunge and make our first bike purchase ever. Tim was more of a helpful friend than a harassing salesman when it came to choosing the bikes, financing, and closing the deal. Since it was our first bike we also needed to buy our safety gear, so Tim handed us off to Chad and he helped us try on lots of jackets from different companies and materials/styles. After getting the correct jacket fit, size, and comfort we moved on to helmets. Chad was very knowledgeable in how the helmet was supposed to fit, how different companies fit certain "head types" and the level of protection, windflow, and comfort each helmet offered for us. We had a great first experience at Clawson because we never once felt pressured to buy the "biggest bike" or the most expensive gear. They catered to our riding style and supplied what was necessary. "I ordered some parts a week or two ago.a few bolts,nuts and a gasket. The service I got from Scotty was great. He was polite, patient and helpful. My parts arrived EARLY! but one bummer was that the gasket came ripped. I called them again the next day and talked to Scotty again.He sent me a new one and assured me it was going to be packaged in some cardboard for x-tra protection. I got it a day or two later... its perfect. The thing that really got me was the HAND written note saying that every order matters,big or small. How often to you get service like that anymore? I will definately be using Clawson for parts and whatever else I can get from them. THANKS SCOTTY "

"Had purchased riding apparel online, Joe Rocket Jackets and Pants for the wife and myself. The Jacket and Pants for the wife did not fit the way that she wanted. We returned both to Clawson Motorsports to exchange for better fitting ones. Chad Stover helped us in finding the correct fitting Tourmaster pants and jacket for her. His expertise and willingness to help us was great, it made the transaction a very good one. The showroom was most impressive, with the bikes and quads and other motorized equipment, I just had to walk around taking it all in for a while. If you have not stopped by the showroom yet, do it, you will not regret it.

"Its been 6 months since I've purchased 4 bikes from Darlene et. al. I extremely pleased with the attention I've received in the sales department and I am considering purchasing a 5th bike.
Scotty, Sean and Chad have been a great deal of help in parts and accessories. I never feel like I am rushed and they are always willing to answer my questions. Their candor about how they would repair something and which parts are best suited for the repair goes a long way to making me feel I've made a good choice in where to buy my parts and accessories. "Was in Clawson's on 6/9/07. I was looking for a tire, and some tubes for my '83 ct110. Tryone, and the rest of the staff were very helpful. In todays world, customer service can really suck. It's usually a young punk that is half asleep, and not paying attention to the customer. But todays visit to Clawson was very nice. I got what I was after. And addtional products were suggested, and I bought them. Most people only want to complain. So I thought I would let you know that I was happy with the service.
